Non-Invasive PGT-A

Although IVF treatment is an excellent opportunity for individuals who can not censive naturally, but many
reasons can make it fail. Abnormal embryonal chromosome number is one of the main reasons for failed IVF
cycles.
Therefore, it is beneficial to check the chromosomes in embryos before transfer.
There are several methods to that can test the embryos, but embryonal sells biopsy is necessary during the
procedure which can damage the embryos and decrees the quality and implantation rate consequently.
Hereby we introduce non-invasive PGT-A methos which requires no embryo biopsy or handling.

What is niPGT-A?

Non-invasive PGT-A is a genetic testing method for fertilized eggs during IVF treatment. It is used to examine the number of chromosomes in the fertilized eggs. The method will help the fertility doctor to select the most suitable fertilized eggs to increase the pregnancy chance.

How is the method non-invasive?

In IVF lab, eggs are fertilized and cultured in a dish.   The fertilized egg releases part of it’s DNA freely in the cultured medium.

During niPGT-A testing, the embryo is transferred to another dish and the culture medium is collected and used to detect the chromosomal abnormalities without the need for manipulating embryos which can damage them.

The advantage of niPGT-A benefits

Non-invasive: niPGT-A simply requires a sample of the culture media for embryo DNA analysis. The clinic does not need to use a laser to biopsy the embryo.

Safer:  It is no longer necessary to biopsy the embryo and therefore the possibility of damaging it is eliminated.

More effective and faster pregnancy: niPGT-A increases the pregnancy rate during IVF treatment since only chromosomally normal eggs are being used for embryo transfer.  niPGT-A decreases the miscarriage rate.

Our in house patented advanced technology

Unlike the other techniques, we can transport the DNA samples at ambient temperature without any need for freezing or cold transportation. Therefore, our transportation technique is safer, faster, and cost-effective. Our patented technique is ensuring to eliminate the possible sample damage during transportation.

Our cost-effective transportation method leads to reduced test price which our patients benefit from.

When is niPGT-A recommended?

niPGT-A is especially recommended for the following cases:

  • Advanced maternal age
  • History of recurrent miscarriage
  • Repeated failure in IVF cycles (>2)
  • History of chromosomal abnormalities in family
  • Men with chromosomal anomalies in sperm
