The obtained results of MYD88 Waldenström Lymphoma qPCR Assay are intended for identification of the presence of the MYD88 L265P, facilitating discrimination between Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma/Waldenström macroglobulinemia (LPL/WM) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma
MYD88 L265P Assay will provide a simple, fast and sensitive aid in the diagnosis of Waldenström lymphoma, with a limit of detection (LoD) down to 0.6% and 0.75% mutation in whole blood and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples.
The assay is designed for open platforms allowing for maximal laboratory equipment flexibility.
